2025 Georgia VFW State Convention

Veterans of Foreign Wars, Department of Georgia will host this year’s State Convention from June 5, 2025, until June 8, 2025.

Tentative Schedule of Events

Below is a tentative schedule of events for this year’s State Convention. Stay tuned for updates each week as we near this momentous event!

Thursday, June 5, 2025

Before the State Convention officially opens, various committee meetings, the Council of Administration (COA), and other events take place.

8:30 AM

Budget & Finance Committee (VFW)

  • Location: TBD
  • Committee convenes to review status of current performance against the 2024-25 Budget.

Bylaws Committee (VFW)

  • Location: TBD
  • State Bylaws Committee convenes to review proposed amendments to Department and National Bylaws.
