Jr Vice Update

I am deeply honored to be your State Jr. Vice Commander. As we step into our pivotal leadership roles, I want to emphasize the importance of communication within our organization and our commitment to being relevant. We have to impact both Veterans and our communities.
We need clear and concise communication with our communities – this is the lifeblood of any successful
organization. Commander Joe Couch recognizes this and is dedicated to fostering an environment where ideas flow freely, questions are encouraged, and collaboration thrives. Regular Post and District meetings, Zoom, and Department General Orders will facilitate this exchange of information works for our members. But, we also have to communicate with our communities in order to stay relevant. Actively engage with local schools, other non-profits, and businesses. You can volunteer, organize events, and participate in community projects. Our presence matters. I’ll be publishing more ideas on community engagement and look forward to serving you this year.
Congratulations to State Commander Joe Couch! Together, we’ll write the next chapter of Georgia VFW’s success story!
