VFW Post 8379 strengthened its mission of outreach and growth during its 703rd Adopt-A-Unit event, engaging more than 300 Soldiers and their families. The Georgia VFW hosted a successful charity golf tournament at Valhalla Golf Course in Helen, raising critical funds for State Commander Bill Miles’s Special Project supporting PTSD and TBI treatment and awareness.
