Inaugural Blue Goose BBQ Brings Community Together
Veterans at the Georgia War Veterans Nursing Home in Augusta were honored on May 2, 2026, during the first annual Blue Goose BBQ. Organized by local VFW and Auxiliary members, the event featured a freshly prepared barbecue meal, fellowship, and a shared commitment to recognizing those who served.
