District Inspection Form and Instructions	The purpose of the Inspection Report is to provide the State Commander and the State Inspector with a factual report on the operating condition of the District.
Expense Voucher	This is the expense voucher to use when requesting reimbursement of funds from the Department. All requests must include original receipts and an explanation as to how the Department benefited from this expense.
